Tropical Vacation Dress

This pretty summer sun dress is made with 100% cotton fabric.  The bodice has thin straps, and a show stopping open back that closes with a bow.  The back bodice also has elastic for growing room.  The full gathered skirt is two tiers and knee length.  The top tier is trimmed in scalloped embroidered eyelet.
