This dress is perfect for the holidays and winter! The bodice features the most darling Baby It's Cold Outside image, that is framed by full length double ruffles that continue on the back of the dress, as well as satin ribbon bows. The bodice closes in the back with snaps. Short puff sleeves have lace trim and elastic at the edges. The full gathered skirt is knee length and has white lace along the hem.
