Holiday Enchantment in Blue Dress

This dress is made with 100% cotton fabric! The bodice has short puff sleeves and sashes that tie in a bow in the back. The back of the dress closes with snaps. The full gathered skirt features an adorable ruffled apron that is decorated with two satin ribbon bows. Dress is approximately knee length, see size chart below.
