Garden Party Dress

This sweet dress is made with a 100% cotton fabric. The bodice features a keyhole back with elastic for a grow with me fit, as well as puff sleeves and closes with a bow at the top.. The full gathered skirt is knee length and has aqua pin dot hem band with gorgeous white eyelet floral trim.
