Liberty Tunic and Bloomers

This tunic and bloomers set is made with a pretty mason jars floral print cotton fabric! The bodice has ruffles with satin ribbon bows, and adjustable straps that tie into a bow in the back. Elastic in the back bodice gives this dress a grow with me fit. The full gathered skirt has a ruffled hem.  Bloomers have elastic in the legs and waist and satin ribbon bows.
