Americana Tunic and Bloomers

This tunic and bloomers set is made with a pretty floral cotton fabric! The bodice has skinny adjustable straps and satin ribbon bow accents. The back bodice has elastic for a grow with me fit, and shoulder straps tie in a bow. The skirt is trimmed in embroidered eyelet. Bloomers have satin ribbon bows at the leg edges.
