Hair accessories ONLY:  ship 5-7 business days after purchase.

Clothing (and any hair accessories purchased with clothing): ship 2 weeks after purchase.

 

If you are like me, you want your goodies as soon as possible!  I understand this and try my best to get orders out quickly.

If you need your items sooner than the current time frame, a $15.00 rush charge will be added to your order.  Please contact me before ordering!!  

Most items are made to order, so please allow 10 business days (currently) for your products to be made.  I will update this page as my turn around time changes!

US SHIPPING CHARGES:

Small items like Hairbows, Hair Clippies, and Headbands are put on bow cards, wrapped in tissue paper, and put in a ziploc bag, then a large envelope (multiple items are shipped in boxes).  Shipping is $2.95 no matter how many you purchase.

Medium items like Bow and Flower Hats, Kufi Hats, Nursing Covers, Wipe Cases, and Dresses cost $4.95 (any additional small items purchased at the same time will be free to ship). 

Example:  If you purchase a Flower Hat plus additional bows/clips etc, it will cost $4.95.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Because of the custom, and made-to-order nature of my clothing items, there are NO returns or exchanges.  Please contact me if you have any questions about sizing BEFORE placing your order.

Hair Accessories:

Also, for sanitary reasons, there are NO returns or exchanges on any hair accessories.
